Cyanobacteria

portrait.jpeg

Cyanobacteria—often called “blue-green algae”—are among the oldest life forms on Earth, responsible for creating the oxygen-rich atmosphere we depend on today. In this exhibition, Artur Jastrzbski turns his lens toward these microscopic organisms, revealing their unexpected beauty and strange, otherworldly patterns. What is usually invisible to the human eye becomes a subject of wonder, inviting viewers to consider the overlap of science and art, the seen and the unseen, and the profound elegance of nature at its smallest scale.
