We may contact you in the future via email to inform you of acceptance into an exhibition. We only collect necessary information, such as names, social networks, website addresses, as well as contact information to provide better service. We do not store sensitive information like credit card data.

We collect non-identifying information, such as statistics on visits to our site. However, we do not collect any personally identifying information through this method.

When submitting images, it is agreed that:

• The submitter is at least 18 years old.

• The images are original work, with legitimate incorporation of others' work, but the final product is primarily the submitter's own.

• The submitter has full ownership of the images, including any recognizable individuals depicted.

• The submitter retains all rights to their work and Decagon Gallery will not use or exploit it without permission, as their goal is to promote photographers and photography in general.

• For every exhibition and its call for entry the rules for participation are posted on the website, including deadlines, entry fees, awards, etc. 

• The artist shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to Decagon Gallery.

• If the juror selects the work for the exhibition, Decagon Gallery is granted specific permission to use the image in the exhibition catalog, on their website, and on social media to promote other exhibitions. The image will not be used for any other purpose without the submitter's permission.

• All images on the site may not be reproduced or used in any manner without the permission of Decagon Gallery and the relevant artist.
