"I first expressed myself through drawing. It consumed me, silently and completely. Subtle and elusive, it lingered within me, surfacing only sporadically—sometimes through the creative impulse of comics, later in the illustration of religious and children’s books, then in acrylic paintings on wood, and more recently, through digital media. Subtle yet ever-evolving, this creative force within me both explores and erupts. Writing is its companion; cinema and photography, its alluring muses."
