At Decagon Gallery, we keep our entry fees as low as possible while ensuring that each exhibition is thoughtfully curated and professionally presented. These modest fees help cover essential costs such as juror honoraria, cash prizes for award recipients, online promotion, website maintenance, digital catalog production, and administrative expenses that allow us to operate independently and provide ongoing opportunities for photographers worldwide. Every submission directly supports our mission to create accessible, high-quality exhibitions that celebrate diverse artistic voices.
Our open calls welcome photographers at every stage of their careers to participate in the ongoing dialogue of contemporary photography. Selected works become part of curated exhibitions, catalogs, and international promotion, helping artists gain visibility and recognition in the global photography community.
Recent Contest Winners
Submission Guidelines:
- Open to all photographers over 18, regardless of experience level or location
- The submitted work must be your own, and does not violate any other person's copyright
- Images must be submitted in JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 4MB per image
- Submitted works should be at least 2100 pixels on the longest side
- Your file names MUST be in this format: First Name-Last Name_title.jpg
