Decagon Gallery | Curated Photography Exhibitions & Open Calls
Decagon Gallery celebrates contemporary photography in all its dimensions. Just like the ten angles of a decagon, each exhibition reveals a distinct perspective—diverse, dynamic, and thoughtfully curated to expand the way we see the world through images.
As an online gallery based in Brooklyn, NY, we promote contemporary photography exhibitions and offer curated platforms for photographers to showcase their work.
Our mission is to support photographers who are expanding visual language and redefining the possibilities of the medium today. By showcasing a wide range of artists, we create space for deeper engagement with the ongoing conversation surrounding contemporary photographic practice.

On March 28, Decagon Gallery presents its first physical exhibition at the Other Space Exhibition Hall at the Museum of Modern Art Tbilisi.
Forgotten Architecture — What Remains of Us brings together photographers from 10 countries across Europe and beyond whose work turns toward abandoned architecture in Georgia.
Spaces once built as something essential, filled with purpose and presence — today existing in another form, suspended in the fragile moment before they disappear completely. This exhibition marks Decagon Gallery’s first step into physical space. What began online now unfolds within walls, scale, and presence — holding attention on what still exists, quietly preserving what has not yet vanished.

TESTIMONIALS

I want to deeply thank you for your support of artists, especially for people like me who had no choice but to leave their home country... and who wished to continue their studies in a better, more supportive country. Your work is incredibly valuable, and I am truly grateful. I feel so happy and fortunate to have connected with your gallery, and having my work selected several times means so much to me. I feel that fate has guided me to you. I don’t know how to fully thank you, but your work has created a real light in this world of darkness and challenges, making a meaningful difference in the lives of people like me.

I am honored to be a featured artist by Decagon Gallery. This opportunity affirms my commitment to capturing the beauty and spirit of the natural world, and it motivates me to continue exploring new perspectives through my lens. I deeply appreciate the gallery’s support of emerging artists and its dedication to fostering a vibrant creative community. Sharing my work with a wider audience in this way is incredibly meaningful, and I am grateful for the chance to connect with viewers and fellow artists alike.

Thank you Decagon for including me in your wonderful exhibitions. It is an honor to have shown with you numerous times. I look forward to continuing to share my work with the gallery in the future. The thoughtful themes, well crafted shows and beautifully printed books of each exhibit all enhance the experience of submitting to Decagon! Thank you!

I am very grateful to Decagon Gallery for recognizing my photo and giving me the chance to share my story. This experience motivates me to keep learning and growing, and I hope to encourage others who are also starting their journey in photography.

Thank you to Decagon Gallery for giving me the wonderful opportunity to reach new viewers all the time. I grew up in Brooklyn so a Brooklyn-based gallery means something very special to me. And to the community...you create art with a camera...and it doesn't matter what kind of camera or phone you use...it doesn't matter what you prefer to shoot...you are the artist not your equipment. There are no rules. Go out and shoot what makes you happy. You can get a million opinions so trust your gut. The photo I shared today was also rejected by many clubs, galleries and exhibits. But I loved it and just kept trying. It is never too late to start.
