Call for Entry: "No Titles" Photography Exhibition

We invite photographers to submit their work for our upcoming exhibition, "No Titles." This unique show challenges the conventional narrative framework by removing titles from the equation. The images will be presented without labels, allowing them to resonate purely through visual impact, emotion, and the viewer's personal interpretation. 

Theme:

The absence of titles encourages a raw, unfiltered connection between the viewer and the artwork. We are seeking photographs that speak for themselves, evoking thoughts, emotions, and stories without the influence of words. The imagery should be compelling enough to stand alone, transcending place, time, and explanation.

Benefits:
Accepted entries will be shown in an online exhibition from November 15 through December 31, and then archived on our website. Digital badges will be awarded to all participants and Certificates will be given to the First, Second and Third place entries plus the two Honorable Mentions. The exhibition will be promoted on our social media sites, email blasts and other online sites.

Submission Guidelines:

- Eligibility: Open to photographers internationally over 18 at all levels and backgrounds.

- Work: Submit up to 10 images that you believe capture the essence of the "No Titles" theme.

- Presentation: All submitted photographs must be untitled. Just include your name and a number to identify the image.       Example: “Sarah-Smith_01”

- Format: JPEG or JPG, 72 dpi, minimum size 2100 px on the longest side.

- Entry Fee: $20 for up to 4 images, $4 for each additional image.

  BONUS: Pay for 8 images and get two more entries for free.

- Deadline: All entries must be received by October 31.

- Exhibition Dates: November 15 through December 31.

Selection Process: 

Our panel of curators will review submissions and select works that best embody the spirit of the exhibition. Chosen photographs will be displayed in our online gallery, offering a platform for the viewer's imagination and interpretation.

Please submit your entries on the form below along with your name, contact information, and entry fee. Make sure your name is included in the file. eg: Justin-Murphy_number.jpg

Important Note:  

While titles are omitted, we encourage artists to reflect on how the lack of context will affect the reception of their work. This exhibition is as much about the viewer's journey as it is about the artist's vision.
